Terms & Conditions of Sale

By Purchasing Products from The Reel Thing L.L.C. or using this site for any purpose means you agree 100% to our Terms & Conditions, if you do not fully agree then you should not use this Website or its products.

·        Terms. The term user refers to you the customer, i.e. buyer. The term T.R.T. refers to The Reel Thing L.L.C., i.e. the seller The Terms & Conditions of Sale refers to this agreement between the user you and the seller The Reel Thing L.L.C.
 

·        Modification of these Terms & Conditions.
T.R.T. reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions, at any time, including but not limited to the charges associated with any product or service on this website including pricing. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms & Conditions each time before you use this site.
 

·        Services or goods disclaimer and return policies. We sell only high quality products, with guaranteed live delivery on all live bait sales. If you are paying with a check, please include your driver’s license number. There will be a $25.00 dollar charge for all returned checks. Do not send cash. T.R.T. has the right to not accept checks from certain parties, states or Countries. If you experience any problem, we need to know within 24 hours.  When you receive your shipment, please inspect it upon arrival. T.R.T. reserves the right to hold shipments at the post office or other shipping agencies if weather conditions are affecting products shipped. It is imperative to make sure live bait is not exposed to extreme temperatures. If you experience any problem with your live bait order, please mail it back to T.R.T. and we will ship a replacement order, shipping and handling not included. We would also send your money back if you ship the live bait back to T.R.T. at your cost.  T.R.T. offers a 30 day guarantee on all new parts installed and workmanship due to our reel repair and maintenance. Sometimes manufactured reel repair parts may be defective, so if you suspect that your new parts are not functioning properly or are not the best quality, you should return your reel within the 15 days. T.R.T. will not assume any responsibility for loss or damage incurred from shipping, use or application of any product we sell or maintenance.  Some orders may also be drop shipped from the manufacture directly to you.
 

·        Shipping & Handling. T.R.T. only will ship in the lower 48 states using USPS priority mail and UPS standard ground. T.R.T. will determine the shipping method for all orders. You, the Customer shall pay all shipping & handling fees. Most orders ship the same day although live bait will only be shipped Monday thru Wednesday. For your protection, please insure all packages for their full value and obtain a tracking number.
 

·        Limitation of liability. T.R.T. warrants that the merchandise supplied to any customer is without warranties of merchantability nor is there any other warranty expressed or implied. The obligation of T.R.T. under this agreement is limited strictly to a replacement or at the sole decision of T.R.T., a full or partial refund of the customers purchase.

·        Indemnification of Use.  By using and ordering products from T.R.T. or this website you i.e. the buyer agrees that you shall defend, indemnify, and hold T.R.T. harmless from any and all demands, of expenses, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including but not limited to, attorney's fees asserted against T.R.T. its agents, its customers, officers, employees, and owners that may arise or result from any service or products provided or performed or agreed to be performed by T.R.T., its agents, employees or Owners. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T.R.T. against liabilities arising out of, any personal injury or property damage, caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed, including defective products sold to customers from T.R.T. or this website.
 

·        Disclaimers. T.R.T. will not be held responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. T.R.T. makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services or products we provide. T.R.T. disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of sales, or any other capital loss, personal injuries, damage to any equipment, resulting from delays, wrong parts, wrong delivery, defective parts, any and all service interruptions or lose of an order caused by T.R.T. and its employees or owners. All parts, products and services are provided "as is," with no representations and warranties. T.R.T. reserves the right to cancel any order for whatever reason we see fit.
 

·        Typing or Pricing Errors.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typing error or human error T.R.T. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. T.R.T. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or orders do to a pricing error, even if the order has been processed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the product and your order was canceled, T.R.T. will notify you of the situation and issue a full credit to your credit card or send back your payment.
 

·        Payment for goods and payment of applicable taxes. The customer must pay all shipping & handling charges and any sales or use tax. In the state of Wisconsin a 5.5% sales tax will be applied to each order.
